Job Purpose: The IT Director is responsible for leading the company’s technology initiatives and ensuring the smooth operation of all technology systems. This role requires a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry and how technology can support business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a technology strategy that aligns with the company’s business objectives and drives growth.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including the selection, deployment, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and opportunities for innovation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering technology solutions that support business growth and drive operational efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of the manufacturing industry and the technology solutions that support it.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage a team of technical professionals and provide guidance and mentorship.
